Initial Contact and Meeting
This is the initial step in the care process where we gather information for a preliminary assessment. Next, we arrange an in-home meeting with our client and their family to further assess their needs and create a personalized care plan.
Any Other Questions?
After the home care plan has been approved, we will match the client with careers and nurses using a special algorithm. While our supervisory nurse makes routine, unannounced visits during care hours, caregivers and nurses will keep care notes in a designated book.
